Refund policy

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Mounted or installed wheels and tires are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method or via M-Pesa.

Non-Returnable Items

• Mounted or fitted tires and wheels
• Special-order or custom items
• Items damaged due to improper installation

Exchanges We replace items that are defective or damaged on arrival. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
